Is Greenland melting?

Is Greenland melting? Of course it is, alarmist media has told us so and
showed award winning photography. However one needs to know how to interpret
photos and to relate to history.

1. Outstanding award winning photography is only possible during the 24/7
polar summer, at which time polar regions receive solar heat at quantities
commensurate with the tropics.

2. The alarmists show melt water rushing down named rivers. Who named them?

The prehistory of Greenland is multicultural. The Saqqaq culture:
2500-800 BC settled in southern Greenland.
The Independence I culture: 2400-1300 BC settled northern Greenland.
The Independence II culture: 800-1 BC settled far northern
Greenland.
The Early Dorset or Dorset I culture: 700 BC-AD 200 settled
southern Greenland.

These named rivers may have been renamed by white photographers. But
clearly, named rivers are not new rivers. They go back to antiquity and
beyond. The current ice age is only 2.7 millions years old. (We are now in
an interglacial period.) Before these rivers had names they had existence.

How frequent is this kind of event? Take a look at this image:

It shows the onset of melting in a four day period in 2012. Those who were
paying attention to important stuff, may recall that climate alarmists
insisted they saw soot in the melt water. Soot from coal burning in China is
visible from space. But it stays at that latitude as the prevailing winds
blow it towards USA. It never goes North. What the climate alarmists thought
was anthropogenic is in fact purple cyanobacteria blown up from the Ocean.
The map shows that Greenland is surrounded by Sea. Maybe you've heard the
warning "Don't eat the watermelon snow." There is a lot of microbiological
activity in snow that is unknown to alarmist media. They are in it for
money, not science. Ever minute of every day throughout the year, climate
alarmists say something that is false. That's their job; that's where the
big money lies.

The image above represents a phenomenon that repeated intermittently over
the last 2.7 million years. Before that there was no Ice Age in Greenland.
Why? It was not CO2. It was not continental drift. The most rational
explanation is due to Solar changes. Variable stars are well known but the
search for Earth like precedents in the heavens would take millions or
billions of years. Geological evidence on Earth and in meteorites might give
some idea. E.g.
